The news writers flew overhead as rival gangs fought a security war on the streets. You can intervene if you want, or you can just check and turn on the radio (make sure you watch VCPR laugh). This atmosphere reminds us of nostalgia for crime scenes like “The Godfather,” “Scarface,” or “Carliton Road,” and it really depends on the role. Full voices rarely happened in 2002 when the game was released. In the middle of the game, you get the opportunity to buy properties and add them to earn passive income. Spend the money on hiding places and better supplies, and it’s starting to feel really slow to take over playing cards and rule out a crime meant like you.
